The owner's word

• I am the first owner of this boat that has never been chartered. All the maintenance bills are available (service on engine, sails...) the sails are cleaned by North Sails every year, rolled and stored in a dry space, not in the boat. The hull and appendices have been completely refreshed in 2011, the cushions have almost never been used as we run without the cushions and with protections on the saloon table... The boat is out of the water 3 months each year and dried with an electric machine to pull out the humidity, this along the winter and spring. The boat is IRC optimized with a TTC of 1.035 which is the lowest rating on the JPK 110 currently running. Compared to standard JPK, the mast is approximately 60 cm longer to increase the performances of the boat in small weather conditions and the boat is very well prepared for racing inshore or offshore (teflon anti fouling every year...). She can run in the 2012 season without any further investments.
